Heather Baby!

Well I’m not doing absolutely nothing but enough nothing to make it worth while! I’m planning my daughter’s 5th birthday party. I can’t believe it’s this month! They grow up so fast.

I’m surfing around flickr and I realize I really need more friends and contacts.

I’m thinking about possibly getting ready to start planning on eventually preparing to do a bit of cleaning. Hey someone has to do it.

Eventually I’ll have to take care of a few things but so far I’ve wasted more of my day and I love it!

But how cute is this! He’s a friend of Hello Kitty and his name is Pandapple. I saw him a few months ago and thought he was  uber cute.

Today planning my daughter’s 5th birthday party I ran across some stuff on this little guy and it turns out he has the same “birthday” as me.  It’s meant to be!!! We’re twinsies!!

I’ve been way too negative my last few postings. So I’m trying to come up with something positive to say. I’m really not a totally grumpy person. It’s just hard when you’re sick… and when like, you’re entire life sucks. OK my entire life doesn’t suck.

There’s a lot of things I love about it. So here’s to what I love about my life!

 ~I love that my little sister calls me “the normal one” in the family. I don’t know why but it makes me laugh.

 ~I love that I get to sleep in most weekends.

~I love my family.

~I love my truck and should take better care of it. I love having a satellite radio and good CDs.

~I love that I am a decent cook.

~I love it when my house is nice and clean and smells good.

~I love my mother in law, she’s the sweetest most helpful person on the face of the planet.

~I love my tivo, my internet and my DS.

~I love that Will gives me books to read.

~I love being a mom.

~I love that my mom lives in the same town and will come do my dishes for me and when I’m feeling bad she is genuinly sorry for me.

~I love my dog when he doesn’t get into the trash or have an accident in the house.

~I love my cat when he doesn’t make me itchy. Yes my love for my pets has stipulations.

~I love it that Will is always going to fix my computer when I don’t know what’s wrong.

~I love taking pictures.

~I love my coat. And I need to get that dry cleaned.

~I love photoshop and even seeing the icon on my desk makes me happy.

~I love my M&M board.

~I love my phone on so many levels. The pink crystals, the little koala hangy ting, the *bing* sound it makes when it opens. The cool features and internet and email and chat. I love it’s camera and that it plays tetris. I love my ringtone and I love it’s slidyness.

~I love having days off to do nothing.

~I love my friends. I have such good friends.

~I love my new side work that I’m doing.

~I love that there is a chipotle down the street from me.

 ~I love that I never have to pay for cards or gift wrap for the rest of my life.

~I love my blog.

I really really really really… really want to quit! I’m so sick of it. Not just the long hours but being away from home, not getting anything else done. Leaving E in preschool for up to 10 hours a day sometimes. Bringing her home and putting  her right into bed so we can wake up in a few hours and do it all over again. My house gets trashed and errands get neglected. When I do get some time off I either am too tired to do anything or so busy it’s like it didn’t exist.

And then… I don’t work for a week in row! Which sounds like a nice break but I don’t make enough money to make any of it worth it. Plus I don’t even like anything about my job. It could just be my 3rd week in a row of 60 hour weeks talking but… I want to quit my job!

I ran into the store today to grab some cat food. In the 15 minutes it took me to get back out to my car I had a flat tire. So 3 hours and $60.07 later I was in working condition once more. Good thing too, I had a wonderful day of grocery shopping and house cleaning ahead of me! Oh and did I mention school is out for presidents day today? Nothing more fun than involving a 4 year old in car repair and running errands!

I am actually looking forward to going to work tomorrow.

Hopefully this is almost over. I feel a little better today. It came on so fast that I’m hoping it passes just as quickly. I just got over strep throat and bronchitis so I really don’t need another ailment. Plus I need to taste my cheez-its gosh darnit!

When I buy coffee I use my card and never have change to give for a tip.

Sometimes there’s a space for tip on the receipt. I think it would just be mean to put in anything less than a buck. But honestly my medium cup of coffee is already $5.

I used to work at a coffee place and I absolutely hated it when people didn’t at least throw their change in.

I bet those guys make a lot less in tips now adays.
